Lily Allen. But I do. Seems like she would be equally fun and a pain in the ass to hang out with....(much like my wife)
Anyway, here's her new video

That video is one of the cleverest videos I've seen in a long time. Song isn't brilliant, the lyrics are good but the chorus is a bit weak

and the autotune is massively unnecessary

I love her. Glad she's coming back from 'retirement'.

I think that was the point of it.

I think that is part of the jab.

Absolutely. I can't recall her using vocoder autotune effects in any of her other songs. If it is used, it is well disguised as opposed to this which I'm sure is meant to insult those who revel in the objectification of women as part of their schtick who have a tendency to also utilize that tech (Miley Cyrus, B Spears, etc.).

She's back? AWESOME. I don't even consider her music guilty pleasure, I just love it.
Cheers!

Maybe, if it is then i get it but it does ruin that part of the song

I've heard some of her acoustic stuff and she can sing pretty well, so I am of the opinion that it is intentional.

likewise, she has a great voice so my first thought was "she doesnt need that" but didnt think it could be another intentionally thing. Listen to her cover of Somewhere Only We Know by keane
